The Informer Systems Partners Program is designed to empower our reseller partners with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully sell Informer Systems solutions to public safety, call-center and other critical staffing markets. Informer Systems recognizes that different business models may fit the needs of our resale channel. As a result, we have developed several different resale Tiers in which our Partners can participate. Informer Systems believes that while the business model presented in each Tier is effective for selling Informer Systems Solutions, the greater commitment a Partner makes in the infrastructure to support product sales, the more successful the Partner will be. Informer Systems Channel Partners are invited to participate at the following levels: Five Tiers of Reseller Programs Reseller The Reseller model is designed for resellers who have made the minimum revenue and resource commitments to Informer Systems. Value Added Reseller The Value Added Reseller model is designed for partners who make a more extensive commitment to resell Informer Systems Solutions. VARs may operate in one country or in several different countries within a geographic region and demonstrate technical competence from all sales offices Strategic Partner The Strategic Partner model is designed for partners who position, generate demand for, and sell Informer Systems Scheduling solutions. These Partners make a more extensive commitment to Informer Systems with a large regional capability to resell and service Informer Systems Solutions Premier Partner The Premier Channel Partner model reflects a greater commitment to reselling Informer Systems Solutions. These are Systems Integrators that position and sell the complete suite of Informer Systems Solutions to states, counties, and large enterprises. It is a Tier designed for Partners with an extensive sales and support capability whether in one country or a large geographic region that have made a significant revenue and resources commitment to Informer Systems Global Premier Partner The ultimate Partner category. Global Premier Partners meet all the criteria of Premier Partners, but on a worldwide basis. These partners meet the highest standards for sales, marketing and service in providing Informer Systems solutions to multiple theaters Key benefits of the Partners program include:
